The simple daily practice of introducing two people that come to mind each day, will create radically different results.
This isn’t a referral, it’s an introduction so that circles of influence are crossed.
ACT on the prompting of the two people that come to mind.
Send an email, tweet, or hash to introduce the two. Let them take it. Your job is done.
Simple. Powerful.
One degree is all it takes.
That next person. That next call. That next child. That next wakeup. That next act of kindness.
…you can make difference? Impact a life? Make a quantum shift in one moment?
You CAN …..and WILL!
Does that sound like something good or bad? I can’t tell you that. For my friend in the story, it was NOT a good thing. For someone else, they may sound like heaven.
The question is personal. And to achieve more in your business. To live a more harmonious and fulfilled life, you and you alone define that. The fun thing about this is there is no wrong answer and it’s all about to you.
I’ve asked many people over the last 5 years “what does being business booked solid mean to you?” and I don’t think I’ve had the same answer twice.
For me, when each time I ponder the question, I think more along the lines of “If my life is ideal, it looks and feels like this….”. I include all the elements of quality of relationships, the way I feel, who I work with, how they operate, what I earn, health, fitness, time. Those are all in my expanded definition of being booked solid. Health is a big one for me because I look at this way. If I’m not healthy and feeling good, then having all the business in the world isn’t worth anything to me and my family is it?
Remember that you make the rules. You define the elements you love and those you don’t. You and you alone have the choice to move more of the positive elements of being booked solid into your business to live a more fulfilled and harmonious life.

Yes, I know that content is king in other areas, but here, context is king!
It isn’t about the CONTENT; it’s about the CONTEXT, otherwise known as the “structure” of your group.
It’s not just the information and data you bring into your meeting. The key is the structure you create that facilitates creativity that gives birth to fresh solutions.
Imagine this: You attend a meeting with your team, each one bringing their own agenda. It’s assumed that you are all there for the same purpose because there is a written agenda for the meeting itself. But are you sure that everyone is also playing as a team? Does Jim want what you want? Is Maria’s top priority to increase sales for the company or to just keep her job? Are you there to support your team members or to simply air your case?

How do you keep a mastermind group motivated?
I get these questions in one form or another on a REGULAR basis.
Remember this: In a mastermind group, performance is accelerated to the degree you get real with yourself and your mastermind group members.
If you want it, ask for it. Don’t compromise. Don’t small down because you think your mastermind group members will hate you for being honest.
In my research, the primary reason mastermind groups fall apart are a “lack of keeping it real” and in my book that means not asking for what you want.
I had this mentor once that was fond of saying, “You gotta get real to get rich.” Now that motto applies to pretty much whatever you want to apply it to. In this case motivation in your group.
